How to measure the performance of a Research & Technology Organization?
Abstract
The objective of this submission is to address the governance issue of a RTO, taking into consideration its internal specificities as well as situational factors, such as the organization size or its market complexity, hostility and stability. More specifically, this paper aims at discussing the role of S2IP (Sustainable Service Innovation Process) as a governance model and how it can be articulated with the corporate measurement system that has been put in place in a Luxembourg’s research organization.
